Summary

Sar Pass Trek is a quintessential Himalayan experience, offering a dramatic transition from the lush, emerald forests of the Parvati Valley to the pristine, high-altitude snowfields of the Kullu region. Standing at an elevation of 4,182 meters (13,720 ft), Sar Pass is world-renowned for its breathtaking "snow sliding" descent and panoramic views of the Tosh and Parvati mountain ranges.

Diverse Landscapes: Transition from quaint Himalayan villages and dense rhododendron forests to sprawling alpine meadows (Thatch) and crystal-clear snow paths.

The Famous Snow Slide: Experience a unique, long snow slide during the descent toward Biskeri—an absolute adrenaline rush and a highlight of the journey.

Cultural Fusion: Start your journey with the vibrant, hippie-culture vibes of Kasol before ascending into the silent, frozen world of the high pass.

This 5-day trek is perfect for adventurers looking to challenge themselves with steep ascents. Every climb is rewarded with a change in scenery—from the rocky terrains of the Grahan Village to the mesmerizing meadows of Min Thatch and Nagaru. It remains one of the most popular treks in Himachal Pradesh due to its accessibility from Kasol and the legendary views of the Pin Parvati Valley peaks.
